The Ahuimanu 'Ohana meets once a month to discuss current and upcoming activities of the school calendar. Meetings are conducted in a very professional manner and are led by the Board's President or Vice President.
Meetings take place in the school library and are usually accompanied with pizza, sushi, sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments. Each Chairperson of the Board gives reports on their current contributions and decisions are collectively dicussed, made, and voted upon.
The meetings are recorded by our Recording Secretary and are made public here on our website a couple of weeks after the meetings take place. This gives easy access for the board members to review the minutes to the meetings and also allows the school and the community to have a glimpse into the conduct and outcome of the 'Ohana meetings.
There is also a printer friendly version of each meeting so that copies of the meetings can be conveniently made.
