AHUIMANU OHANA PTA BOARD MEETING MINUTES
June 20, 2006
Present
Yvonne Turro, Robert Maeshiro, Anne Marie Duca, James Garrett, Bryan Ferguson, Tina Patterson and Melissa Kauanui
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m.
Introductions:
Yvonne will continue to be president for another year. Robert is the outgoing recording secretary being replaced by Melissa Kauanui who is also serving as Student council liaison. Bryan Ferguson is the treasurer. James will be heading up membership and communications. Tina Patterson will have her hands full as the Fall Fundraising Chair.

Vendor presentations. Ohana members decided to go with Aunty Ono's Gourmet cookies/Pah Ke's bakery as our Fall fundraiser. Also to include a catalog order program.

Still looking for crossing guard.

Adjournment/Next Meeting
July 18th meeting cancelled.
Mrs. Duca requested to all members able to attend breakfast at 8am on 7/26/06 to promote fall fundraiser to teachers.
Next meeting is scheduled for 8/15/06 @ 6:00 in library - to discuss future meeting dates and cancellations.
